Carpentry and repairs for the list on your fridge
Every house has the list: the door that won’t latch, the stained ceiling from that old leak, the baseboard the dog chewed. We work through it carefully, match what’s there, and leave the room cleaner than we found it.
Trim & millwork
Baseboard, casing, crown, window stools and wainscoting, new or patched to match existing profiles.
Doors
Sticking, sagging or swinging doors fixed; new interior doors hung; pocket and barn-style doors installed.
Drywall
Holes, cracks, nail pops and water-stained ceilings patched, textured to match and ready for paint.
Built-ins & storage
Closet systems, shelving, window seats and simple built-ins that make awkward spaces useful.
Stairs & rails
Wobbly handrails tightened or replaced, loose balusters secured, treads and risers repaired.
Pre-listing punch lists
The small fixes a home inspector will flag, handled before you list.
How small jobs work with us
Send us the list (photos help a lot). We’ll group the work into a half day, a full day or a few days, and give you a written price for the whole batch. Bundling keeps the cost per fix reasonable, because you aren’t paying for a separate trip for every item.
What it costs
National averages from HomeGuide put handyman-style work at roughly $50 to $125 an hour, drywall repairs at about $300 to $1,500 depending on size, and trim work at roughly $350 to $1,200 per room. The project builder uses those ranges for a quick planning number.

Fixing leak damage? Fix the leak first
Patching a stained ceiling before the source is fixed just means patching it twice. If the stain is under a bathroom, we’ll check the toilet seal, tub drain and shower pan, and tell you honestly whether it’s a small fix or a sign the bathroom needs attention. See bathroom remodeling.
Hand us the list.
Photos plus a quick note gets you a written price for the whole batch.
