Short version: you give us your contact details so we can talk about your project. We use them for that, and that’s it. We don’t sell your information.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: name, phone, email, ZIP code, address if you add it, your project selections, preferred estimate time and any notes.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and filter spam.
How we use it
- To contact you about your estimate or question, schedule visits, and prepare a written price.
- To keep records of the work we quote and complete.
- To block spam submissions.
Who sees it
Bathjack staff, plus the service providers that run the site and form inbox (Netlify for hosting and form handling, and our email provider). We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with lead-resale companies.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. The project builder stores your selections in your browser’s session storage only so the thank-you page can show them back to you; it clears when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries as long as we need them for quoting, scheduling and our business records, then delete them.
Your choices
Want us to delete your info or stop contacting you? Email hello@bathjack.com or call (317) 647-5435 and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning home projects. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
