General contracting: the jack-of-all-trades side
Bathrooms are our headline act, but houses need more than bathrooms. We handle flooring, drywall, carpentry, trim, doors and repair lists, and we coordinate the trades when a job needs more than one set of skills.

Flooring installation
LVP, laminate, tile and engineered wood, plus subfloor fixes and transitions.
Flooring →Carpentry & repairs
Trim, doors, built-ins, drywall, stair rails and the repair list on the fridge.
Carpentry →Kitchens
Refreshes to full remodels, with the same crew that does our bathrooms.
Kitchens →Why one crew beats three
Most home projects aren’t one trade. A leaky toilet becomes a soft subfloor, which becomes new flooring, which reveals that the baseboard and door casing don’t match. When you hire one outfit that can follow the job wherever it goes, you skip the scheduling ping-pong and the finger-pointing.
Jobs we like
- Water-damaged drywall and ceilings after a leak is fixed
- Flooring for a room, a floor, or the whole main level
- Baseboard, casing and crown, new or patched to match
- Interior doors that stick, swing open or won’t latch
- Closet systems, shelving and simple built-ins
- Stair rails and balusters that wobble
- Pre-listing punch lists before you sell
Jobs we’ll pass on
Roofing, siding, HVAC replacements and big additions aren’t our lane. We’d rather say so on day one than learn on your dime.
Small jobs welcome?
Yes, especially when they’re bundled. A single picture hook isn’t worth the drive, but a half-day list of fixes usually is. National handyman rates run roughly $50 to $125 an hour, and the project builder can give you a range for common jobs.
