Build your project, see a rough price
Think burrito bowl, but for bathrooms. Pick a base, choose your size and finish, pile on toppings, and watch the range update. When it looks right, pick a time for your free in-home estimate.
Ranges are rough planning numbers based on published cost guides (how we build them). Your real price is set in writing after the free visit.
About these numbers
Every range in the builder starts from public cost data: HomeGuide, Angi and NerdWallet for national figures, and Indianapolis-area kitchen data for kitchens. Finish level picks the lower, middle or upper part of each range. We round outward so the range errs on the honest side. The full source list lives on our bathroom remodel cost, walk-in tub cost and kitchen remodel cost pages.
Why a range and not an exact price?
Because nobody can price a bathroom they haven’t seen. Subfloor condition, plumbing locations and the exact tile you fall in love with all move the number. The range keeps your plans realistic; the free visit makes them exact.
Do permits show up in the range?
Not as a separate line. If your project needs a permit, we tell you at the visit and include it in the written price.
What happens after I send my bowl?
We review your selections, then call or text to confirm your visit time. At the visit we measure, check what’s behind the obvious, and follow up with a written scope and price.
