Reach us by phone, the quick form or the project builder. We confirm a time for the visit and ask a few questions so we show up with the right ideas.
Free in-home visit
We measure, look at the plumbing, floor and walls, and listen to what bugs you about the space. Expect real talk about what’s worth doing and what isn’t.
Written scope and price
You get a written estimate that spells out what’s included, what isn’t, and the price. Take your time. Compare it with other bids. Ask us anything.
Plan, order, schedule
Once you sign off, we finalize selections, order materials and set a start date. If a permit is needed, that happens now. We don’t tear anything out until the key materials are on hand.
Build, clean, walk through
We protect your floors, contain the dust and clean up every day. You get regular updates from the same person. At the end we walk through every detail together and fix anything that isn’t right.
The house rules we follow
- Floor protection from the door to the work area
- Dust barriers around the room, and doors kept closed
- Daily sweep-up and debris hauled away, not piled in your driveway for a week
- Changes written down and approved before they happen
- One point of contact, start to finish
